Category 4 Hurricane Helene, which has killed at least 223 people that we know of (it could be in the thousands), started to wreak havoc over Florida on September 26 and devastated several areas in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia throughout the next couple of days.
