What Are the Implications of the 2024 Presidential Election?
The 2024 presidential election is now less than a month away, and as we prepare for what is about to unfold for the next couple of weeks, this is a good time to reflect on what has so far transpired. As Donald Trump and James David (JD) Vance take on Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, what are the implications of voting one way or the other, or not voting entirely?
We started off with several Republican Party candidates in the primary, including New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Ohio businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, South Carolina United States Senator Tim Scott, and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum. However, it was not long before it was made clear that the only one who had a chance to win the nomination was businessman and President Donald Trump. His popularity, name recognition, and populist message were what the majority of people wanted within the party.
On the Democratic Party side of the aisle, there was barely even a race. Although Minnesota United States House of Representatives member Dean Phillips and author and political activist Marianne Williamson threw themselves into the race, incumbent President Joe Biden was the chosen one, until he was no longer useful. We were told that the president was extremely coherent and competent to lead the nation, and anyone who said otherwise was just spreading “misinformation” and “deep fakes.” Then, after the first presidential debate, Democrats suddenly changed their tune, after lying to and gaslighting the American people about Biden’s fitness for the office. An emergency effort to replace the dementia-ridden president with Vice President Kamala Harris commenced.
Registered Democrats had already cast their ballot for Joe Biden in the primary, but it did not matter, as the “pro-democracy” party needed to win the election and keep power. Who cares what the peasants want. Leaders of the Democratic Party installed their new candidate and pressured Biden to withdraw his candidacy and step down, indicating that the president is not actually as powerful of a position as people assume (does anyone believe that the true power in this country would read off of notecards written by political advisors or be able to be manipulated and stripped of his position so easily?). Although Democrats will try to make themselves feel better about subverting the democratic process by claiming that Harris was on the ticket with Biden for the presidency, indicating that the people did cast a ballot for her, the reality is that nobody actively chose her at their polling places. Harris won through un-democratic means, and you can argue all day that the Democratic Party is a private organization that determines its own candidates, but the candidates that come out of the Democratic National Convention go on to either become national figures or lose their elections. You cannot claim to be in favor of democracy but then also do what is convenient at the moment to ensure that you hold on to power without any input from the people.
We have two choices for president on the ballot, unless you are lucky enough to live in a state where third party candidates are permitted to have their names listed. In New York, for example, the “pro-democracy” Democratic Party eliminated third parties from ballot access (enacting signature requirements and impossible procedures), so you can write in a candidate if you would like, but the state will just throw away your ballot and ignore it completely. In some states, Libertarian Party candidate Chase Oliver, Green Party candidate Jill Stein, and independent candidate Cornel West will be available for the vote (all three of which would be better than the mainstream candidates), and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. may remain on the ballot in some states. Kennedy had a huge uphill battle just to be in contention in a few states, and now, he wants to remove his candidacy in battleground states after endorsing Donald Trump. In reality, though, Kennedy could have easily become president if the Democratic Party had allowed him to run on its ticket, as he would have brought in independents, and perhaps even some Trump-leaning voters. However, again, the “party of democracy” did not let that choice be up to the people, and instead, it wanted to go with candidates who were pro-establishment and able to keep the status quo going into perpetuity.
During the entire election season, the “pro-democracy” party also tried to eliminate its political rival by initiating four sets of lawsuits against the former president in what any objective observer of history would view as election interference (sitting on the cases for years and then initiating them strategically right before election season is blatant interference). In addition to the Democratic Party attempting to remove Trump from the ballot in several states, thus taking away the ability of voters to cast their ballot for the candidate of their choice (not democratic), lawsuits were initiated by New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fannie Willis, and Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice Jack Smith (two cases were brough forward directly by the Biden administration). All of these efforts to rig the election in favor of the Democratic Party have thus far failed, so much so that there have now been multiple assassination attempts at the former president’s life (if you believe that these were simply lone wolves who were not connected to the Biden administration in any way, perhaps naivety is written all over you). The “pro-democracy” party will do anything to retain power, and the choice next month is to continue the status quo under a Kamala Harris administration or to support someone who probably will not change anything (or have the ability to do so) but may find ways to challenge the deep state government that exists behind the scenes.
The choice is clear to those who are tired of what has been occurring in this country and who do not trust the bureaucratic institutions. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Justice, corporate media, Democratic Party, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), defense contractors, and other institutions that are connected to the federal government have been targeting Trump for years, and it is now time to join forces and rid ourselves of those who would do the American people harm. Even if you do not like Trump, you know what they say about the “enemy of my enemy.”
When military-industrial complex kingpin Dick Cheney (who is a Republican) endorses someone like Kamala Harris, it should be noted that the powers that be are frightened by the prospects of a Trump presidency. Harris will continue the same tired old policies of dominating the world through force and economic power and launching us straight into World War III, utilizing Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and South Korea as expendable tools in which to wage war against Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), which is the institution that has perpetuated the myth of Russia as an American and European enemy, is terrified that Trump may soon be back in office. Harris will continue money laundering and pissing away our taxpayer dollars to the defense contractors so that they can make profits off of the blood that results from these unjust wars. As much as Harris pretends that she will be different from Biden, the reality of the matter is that she will simply be a figurehead, a puppet, if you will, of the regime. She has been a presidential advisor for three and a half years, and if she really cared about the American people in the way in which she now claims because she is running for office, she would have pushed Biden to enact some of the policies that she now campaigns on.
This election is not simply about Kamala Harris or Donald Trump, but rather, it is about whether the United States will continue to be an empire and a semi-constitutional bureaucratic oligarchy (we are no longer a constitutional federal republic, or representative democracy, if you prefer that term) or whether we the people will wake up from our slumber and take back our country. Trump has threatened to release materials and documents that will reveal to the public how the United States government has been operating in the last several years. Doing so would incriminate a lot of powerful people and make it possible for a true revolution to take root in this country, one that would remove the oligarchs currently running our country and replace them with genuine representatives of the American people. While President Donald Trump would not be able to singlehandedly take over the deep state, he would have the authoritative pulpit and the potential to reach millions upon millions of people to appeal to them to fight the powers that be before his assassination.
The bureaucrats and oligarchs seem to be so afraid for their lives that they have linked Trump to Project 2025 and twisted that plan into some kind of fascist takeover, when in reality, it is just a political agenda put forth by the Heritage Foundation that he does not necessarily endorse. The Democratic Party and the corporate media have been manipulating the narrative and taking everything that Trump says out of context in order to paint him as the New Hitler who is bent on destroying democracy. In reality, however, little that the United States government has in place for institutions resembles democracy in any meaningful way, unless you want to concede that the majority of people in this country are in favor of oligarchs ruling over them. If the people are unaware of what is really occurring at a deeper level and behind the scenes, can you really claim that this is true democracy? Plus, when you have the likes of Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, two elites with a lot of influence, publicly say that they are losing grip on controlling the narrative because alternative media is swaying people into independent and critical thought, you know that what the Democratic Party and the powers that be want is anything but democratic. Censoring information to benefit the elites and keep the oligarchs in power is not democracy in any shape or form.
Then, you have some people who try to suggest that if you vote in general, you are automatically submitting to the system, but regardless of whether you vote or not, you are stuck paying your taxes, obeying rules and regulations, and indirectly antagonizing weaker nations overseas. Not casting a ballot does not free you from the system, so even if voting does not ultimately make a difference or change anything, you are still subservient to the powers that be regardless of who you vote for or if you chose not to vote at all. Even if all of this election theater is fake and Trump is ultimately working with the elites to destroy our country by acting as the controlled opposition (this is a possibility), choosing to stay home and not vote does not change anything in your life. We will still be influenced and controlled by the same authorities that we submit to by not taking active action to overthrow the system in which we live. If we really want to change things, we need to stand up and take back our country. Before we take such dramatic steps and risk prison or death, perhaps we could cast a ballot and see if there is even the slightest chance that Trump will initiate a non-violent revolution before we are overcome by the most powerful military force that the planet has ever seen (though, if military members can be persuaded to side with the people, the elites will have nobody to fight).
You ultimately have four choices this November: vote for the confirmed establishment candidate and continue living as you have been for many years (including with the inflation and constant wars), vote for a billionaire who may not change anything but where there is a slight chance that the powers that be could be challenged, vote for a third party candidate that will barely register a blip on the overall radar (or write in a candidate in states that do not allow for third parties to be present on the ballot), or stay home and still submit to the system as a whole. Regardless of your choice, there is only one option where change could potentially come, even if that change is simply in the minds of men and sparks a much-needed revolution.
