F-16s to Ukraine and Nuclear Weapons to Belarus
It is clear to anyone paying attention that the end of the Russo-Ukrainian War is not around the corner, and as I have been saying for over a year, the Biden administration is doing everything it can to prolong the war and lead us into World War III without being too blatant about it (peace is certainly not being proposed). War is profitable, and the defense contractors that partner with the federal government expect a steady flow of cash. With new developments involving F-16s to Ukraine and nuclear weapons to Belarus, we now have further escalation in the war.
At a time when fighter jets are routinely found in enemy territory (recent examples include: American jets intercepting Russian aircraft flying in international waters just outside of Alaska while drills were being conducted in the state, a Russian jet catching a German naval airplane over the Baltic Sea that was near Russian territory, and German and British aircraft interrupting Russian nuclear bombers and a fighter jet also over the Baltic Sea) and drone strikes are being exchanged between Ukraine and Russia (even buildings in Moscow have been attacked in two separate incidents, and the United States government has denied culpability); we are seeing the constant ramping up of weapon transfers to Ukraine, despite President Joe Biden’s warning roughly one year ago that suggested sending offensive weapons to the Zelensky regime would mean World War III. Since that warning, we have seen the Biden administration flip flop on the M142 high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS), M1A1 Abrams tanks (with Germany releasing the Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine through other allies), and MIM-104 Patriot surface-to-air missile systems; but now, F-16 fighter jets (manufactured by Lockheed Martin, which is making billions of dollars from this war) are being routed to Ukraine (Poland and Slovakia have already supplied Ukraine with MiG-29 fighter jets). Not only did I call that the Biden administration was lying and wanted to eventually send every type of weapon and vehicle to the Ukrainian battlefield (the American people were conditioned to this idea each time), but the fact that Biden warned then that this type of action would lead to World War III and still released all of the weapons and vehicles anyway proves what I have been saying all along. The Biden administration pretends that it wants to avoid World War III, but it secretly wants it to occur (being a war-time president makes one remembered in the history books).
The F-16s will likely be initially released from allied countries, such as the Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark, before the United States has a chance to refurbish its unused jets; but either way, Ukrainian pilots and troops will need to trained on the American-made jets, just like they were on the HIMARS, Abram tanks, and Patriot missiles. In conjunction with American special forces operating on the ground in Ukraine (confirmed by the Jack Teixeira document leaks) and providing intelligence targets to Ukrainian soldiers, it is clear that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is engaging in an offensive war with Russia, whether we want to call it that or not.
In addition to the turmoil over the weapon transfers, Russia is now planning to deploy nuclear missiles in Belarus, and despite the condemnation from the Biden administration, we must remember that the United States hosts nuclear weapons in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Turkey (France and the United Kingdom also have their own stash). If the United States does it, surely it is hypocritical to denounce its enemy for doing the same thing.
Now, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is encouraging other nations hostile to the NATO war against Russia to join the effort and receive nuclear weapons in their respective countries. On top of that, Poland and Lithuania have been threatening to close the highway connecting Russian-allied Belarus to Kaliningrad, which is a strategic Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea that houses an important fleet and military base, and according to Professor Itsuro Nakamura at Tsukuba University, Russia is deploying nuclear weapons to Belarus as a deterrent from being cut off from Kaliningrad (Kaliningrad also houses nuclear-capable missiles to counter the American military deploying missile systems to Poland and Romania). Regardless of motives, the European map is beginning to look like a game of Risk, and this is dangerous to the people of the United States and Europe.
Should we continue to spend billions of dollars in welfare programs (including pensions and school funds) to war-torn Ukraine when Americans are struggling at home? Lockheed Martin sure thinks that we should, and that is enough for Biden and his team to continue sucking money from taxpayers for the cause. As if Volodymyr Zelensky and his oligarchs buying oil from Russia and stealing the surplus from the earmarked diesel fuel payments were not enough (at least $400 million of embezzled funds in 2022 alone, according to award-winning journalist Seymour Hersh), the Biden administration magically found $3 billion because it had accounted for the value of replacing old weapons instead of the actual cost of the weapons (this reminds me of the September 10th, 2001 announcement from Donald Rumsfeld that $2.3 trillion had gone missing, and then the next day, it just so happened that the Pentagon had been hit by a jet making an almost impossible maneuver, causing the loss of accountants and important financial information). It is funny that government accounting involves missing or untraceable money that we, the taxpayers, are forced to deal with on a regular basis. The corruption that runs through Washington (and the fifty state capitals) is not the only thing that we must fund. No, we also have to pay for our own march toward World War III and the lunacy involved in fighting a war against Russia by using Ukraine as a political pawn. Will we continue to sit back and let this happen, or will we demand change?
