After Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rolled down the New York State Thruway through the lower Hudson Valley from Orange County (Stewart International Airport) to New York County (Manhattan) and blocked traffic on our roads (like he is some kind of royalty who deserves special treatment over the taxpayers who actually fund the roads), he was met with a 100-delegate walkout during his speech at the United Nations (UN). Out of spite, a representative from the Israeli government walked around the chamber taking a record of every nation that left so that a list could be published (what else is Israel doing with the list?), and it ended up being seventy-seven countries absent during the prime minister’s speech (some of which did not have delegates present that day, so they were not necessarily protesting anything).
Of course, Netanyahu called those who walked out in protest “moral cowards” before going on a tirade condemning an American politician, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, of being a terrorist-supporter and “liar,” and he talked about how brave, heroic, and moral the Israeli military is because it warns citizens before their homes are demolished in bombing campaigns (if China came in and bombed American cities but told us that it was going to do this, I am sure that we would be extremely appreciative of the heads-up that our livelihoods were about to be completely destroyed). According to the prime minister, Israel is not committing a genocide because it distributed two million tons of food (as if to give himself a pat on the back), but of course, he will not mention the times where he restricted or blocked food from reaching Gaza, causing people to starve. His rhetoric is a ploy to persuade Americans that it is not a genocide, but in reality, he is committing the genocide covertly for the very purpose of being able to deny that it is occurring, while also playing the victim card to gain sympathy and push the narrative that antisemitism is on the rise and needs to be stopped (often at the expense of free speech).
Some believe that the prime minister only went on this UN trip to save face with Israeli voters ahead of elections and appear to be the hero who stands up against global hatred of Israel, but he may have ruined his image even more than he already had, as the world is starting to notice the evilness of his regime. Regardless, Netanyahu is hoping to get the endorsement of President Donald Trump and sail ahead in the polls.
Do not worry, though, because Netanyahu got to have some of his opposition in the United States detained or jailed. Police arrested more than thirty of the hundreds of protesters in New York City who blocked streets and shouted anti-Israel and pro-Palestine slogans. Of course, Netanyahu can block our streets when he is cruising down the Thruway, but the people better not block his way. Where did we get to a point where government officials have more free association and speech rights than the people? Unfortunately, the Israeli prime minister is still held in high esteem by the political class in the United States, but American citizens are finally beginning to wake up to the atrocities that have been committed by the Israeli government for years (way before October 7th).
Aside from avoiding corruption charges because his position shields him from conviction, another reason that the prime minister has been criticized in recent weeks is because it has been confirmed that he was warned by Egypt that the October 7, 2023 attacks were going to happen. In fact, Egyptian Intelligence Chief Abbas Kamel physically went to Israel to inform the government there of what appeared to be an imminent attack, and Kamel called Netanyahu again just days before the attack occurred. The prime minister had ample warning that something was going to transpire, and yet, he ignored it and let it happen (it benefited him politically to have his own people massacred). All of this time, Netanyahu was lying and saying that he had no idea that something like that could occur, and yet, clearly, he knew (just like American officials did not know about the 9-11 attacks or the COVID-19 pandemic, even though exercises simulating both events were occurring simultaneously or just months before).
I had written previously that Egypt warned Israel of an attack from Hamas, but now, we have verification. Plus, United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Mohamed bin Zayed also called Netanyahu to advise him of what he believed would be a large-scale Hamas attack, and again, the prime minister did nothing. Additionally, Israel obtained the battle plans of the Hamas attack a full year before it occurred, and female border guards advised their military officers and intelligence agents of what looked like Hamas training for an attack outside of the fences in the weeks leading up to the event. The entire Israeli government ignored the warnings, claiming that it did not believe that something on such a scale could ever actually be carried out (how convenient of an excuse). Just like with the 9-11 attacks, October 7th should be investigated as a false flag event.
For anyone (like Mark Levin) pretending that Netanyahu is the next Winston Churchill, what kind of noble leader sacrifices his or her own people for a political agenda? He could have saved over one thousand Israeli lives by acting upon the warnings, and yet, he made a choice to allow Hamas to murder hundreds of innocent people. Israeli citizens are just as much the victims of their own government as they are of Hamas. So, for those who argue that it is antisemitic to criticize Netanyahu and the Israeli government, maybe you should take some time out to research the happenings of the event that you use to justify slaughtering Palestinians and destroying their homes and livelihoods.
Speaking of which, even United States Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee made a few rare comments on what has been happening in the West Bank (it is not just Gaza that is a victim of Israeli oppression). He called some of the Jewish settlers in the territory “terrorists” for overtly committing acts of violence against Palestinian civilians, and although he falls short of calling it an institutional problem trickled down from the Israeli government policies of demolishing residents’ homes and building Israeli settlements in their place (something that you would not tolerate if it were happening to your neighborhood or town), the fact that such an ardent pro-Zionist American official can recognize that Palestinians are being treated with a complete lack of human dignity, you know that something is wrong. Israel is not the good guy that many believe it is, but yet, our taxpayer dollars continue to be funneled to the terrorist regime out of Jerusalem/Tel-Aviv. It may have taken seeing Americans living amongst Palestinians treated poorly for Huckabee to comment on this, but at least he can sort of comprehend the seriousness of the issue (maybe his moral compass is not completely out of whack).
Then, you have the Trump administration actively covering up the damage to American bases throughout the Middle East as a result of the bombing of Iran and the war that the Netanyahu regime dragged us into. From Prince Sultan Air Force Base in Saudi Arabia to Camp Buehring and Camp Arifjan (where I went for a special duty assignment one time) in Kuwait, pictures have been released showing extensive damage to aircraft and buildings. Yet, the president claims that the United States has destroyed Iran’s military and prevented it from doing such harm. So far, it has been estimated that these attacks have caused $3.7 billion in damage and the loss of roughly sixty military aircraft. Yes, American taxpayers are being forced to flush their money down the toilet for no benefit or gain whatsoever (while the cost of living increases as a result), and as Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claims that his country is prepared to take more hits from the United States military, the war in Iran does not seem to be ending in the near future. President Trump said that he will “annihilate” (with nuclear weapons?) Iran after the midterm elections if no deal is reached by then. Of course, we have heard such rhetoric in the past without much to back it up, but the fact that he is going to wait until after the midterm elections to bomb Iran is telling of what kind of arrogant politician that the president really is, as he cares about a political agenda and not about the well-being of anyone else but himself (if he does use nuclear weapons against Iran, would it not then beg the question of why Iran would want to develop such weapons itself?).
As we also watch what is happening in Europe with claims (by Poland, Germany, and others) that Russia is attacking or preparing to attack North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) members with drones and cyber warfare and building a military force to capture the Suwalki Gap (a narrow piece of land between Belarus, Poland, and Lithuania that would connect Russia to its exclave, Kaliningrad), that Germany is preparing its hospitals for a large-scale war, and that the United Kingdom is advising its citizens to stock up on food and supplies for the long-term; the Iran war seems to be another theater in the transition from Cold War II to World War III. Although we can thank Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (as well as Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden) for opening up the European front in this global war, the fact of the matter is that it is American citizens (and those of other countries) who suffer from the sinister plots committed by their government. The best course of action would be to cut off Israel and Ukraine and focus on issues within the United States, but as an imperial force, the American Empire would never consider doing such a thing. War is profitable and gives politicians the justification to implement policy agendas, and the powers that be can hide comfortably in their bunkers while the people of all countries involved are forced to bomb each other. It is a sad state of affairs, but until the people stand up against global tyrants, this is the way that it will continue to be.
